This unique pedestrian bridge is right on the bike path towards Blauwe Kei, and is a must-see for cyclists and walkers alike. The S-shaped design with a beautiful combination of steel and wood, suspended from two steel pylons, allows this modern pedestrian bridge to almost completely blend into the surrounding greenery.
Along the canal, a concrete bunker can also be seen nearby. This bunker is one of 15 war bunkers located along the canal between Lommel and Dessel. Bats have found their ideal habitat in it.
