With Feest op het Plein, music and a cosy atmosphere come together on the town square. The square becomes a lively open-air stage full of great live performances. The result? Dancing feet, hundreds of nightingales and nothing but cheerfulness.

Classics and summer hits

Get ready for a day full of familiar songs, warm voices and pure atmosphere. From Flemish sing-alongs to southern vibes: this will be an unforgettable edition with Belle Perez, Davy Valerio, DJ Zonder Overgang, Gene Thomas, Lisa Del Bo and Luc Steeno.

Line-up

2 pm - 2.40 pm: Davy Valerio

With Davy Valerio, local Lommel talent takes the stage. This Italian-Dutch-language charmer brings warmth, humour and pure atmosphere together in one show. His career started at a young age, when at 16 he performed as Eros Ramazzotti in Henny Huisman’s Soundmixshow and reached the final.

Today, Davy takes his audience through Italian classics and Dutch-language sing-alongs. With his infectious charm, he delivers a performance that effortlessly wins over young and old.

3 pm - 3.40 pm: Lisa Del Bo

Since her big breakthrough with Liefde is een kaartspel, Lisa Del Bo has become a familiar name in Flemish music. With her warm presence and timeless repertoire, she knows how to captivate every audience.

Expect a performance full of familiar songs, beautiful melodies and cosy sing-along moments. Lisa Del Bo brings music that connects generations.

4 pm - 4.40 pm: Luc Steeno

Luc Steeno brings not only new hits, but also Flemish classics that have been part of the collective memory for years. With songs such as Ik mis je elke dag, Hij speelde accordeon and Ga dan, he has become a fixture on Flemish stages.

His performances are all about nostalgia and singing along. He will make the square sound like one big choir.

8 pm - 9.30 pm: Gene Thomas

Gene Thomas brings a backpack full of familiar and new hits, along with recognisable melodies, to Feest op het Plein. As the frontman of X-Session and as a solo artist, he has become a well-known name in Flemish pop music. With songs such as Voor haar, Kom wat dichterbij, Wees van mij and Soleil Soleil, he will get young and old singing along.

Expect a warm, musical show with strong live versions and songs you will be singing along to before you know it!

9.45 pm - 11 pm: Belle Perez

As soon as Belle Perez steps onto the stage, she brings the sunshine with her. With her unique voice, infectious energy and fiery Latin vibes, she has been getting every audience moving for 25 years. From Que Viva La Vida and Enamorada to Ave Maria: her hits sound like summer, celebration and singing along from start to finish.

With a mix of Latin pop, recognisable classics and pure joie de vivre, she turns Feest op het Plein into a real fiesta.

11.30 pm - midnight: DJ Zonder Overgang

The name says it all: DJ Zonder Overgang does not do complicated rules or perfect transitions. What he does bring is atmosphere, recognisable tracks and music the audience immediately responds to. His motto? You ask, we play. And that is exactly what makes every set different. No strictly defined genre, but a loose, fun mix that gets the square moving.

From guilty pleasures to sing-alongs and unexpected classics: anything can happen.
